Have you heard of picklesicles? Your immediate reaction may be YUCK until you start remembering how good a good dill pickle can taste. Believe it or not, pickle juice is used by some as a health tonic. It helps ease leg and foot cramps, replaces electrolytes after exercise and lessens heartburn.
